Booking Terms & Conditions, House Rules & Information

Bookings are by phone and 50% deposit is required for all bookings. Should you need to cancel your reservation your deposit will be refunded less 10% administration fee. 

Well-behaved pets are welcome and must be kept on a lead at all times. Strictly no pets allowed inside the cottage unless by prior agreement. The cottage has a small fenced backyard area for pets. 

We have several chickens, plus the occasional visit from kangaroos and other wildlife. 

The cottage is on tank/rain water and has a septic system; cautious use of water is appreciated. 

We enjoy the peace and quiet of this semi-rural area. We hope you do too.  No additional guests or visitors without prior agreement.

The cottage is strictly non-smoking inside. You may smoke outside but please do use the ashtrays provided to dispose of cigarette butts.
